These terms explain how tour information, inquiries, pricing, booking, payments, traveller responsibilities, and service limitations work on this website.
Use of this website
The website is provided to help visitors browse tours, services, blog guides, travel information, and inquiry options. By using this website or sending an inquiry, you agree to use the information responsibly and provide accurate details when requesting travel services.
Tour information and availability
- Tour descriptions, images, routes, inclusions, duration, and prices are shared for planning and may change due to season, road condition, hotel availability, permit rules, weather, supplier changes, or operational reasons.
- A tour page does not guarantee final availability until the booking is confirmed by our team.
- Custom tours are prepared after reviewing traveller count, dates, pickup point, room preference, vehicle type, budget, and special requirements.
Pricing, payments, and confirmation
- Prices shown on package tours or the Travel Shop are for the stated package and may be subject to taxes, payment gateway charges, seasonal changes, or supplier revisions unless clearly confirmed otherwise.
- A booking is treated as confirmed only after required payment is received and written confirmation is shared by phone, email, WhatsApp, or booking message.
- For custom tours, the final quote and payment schedule shared during confirmation will apply.
- The traveller is responsible for checking all passenger names, dates, pickup details, hotel category, inclusions, exclusions, and special requests before making payment.
Inclusions and exclusions
Only the items clearly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or package details are included. Personal expenses, meals not mentioned, entry fees, permits, guide charges, optional activities, tips, insurance, camera fees, GST/taxes where applicable, and expenses caused by delays or changes are excluded unless specifically stated as included.
Traveller responsibilities
- Carry valid identification, permits, tickets, medicine, weather-appropriate clothing, and any documents needed for the destination.
- Share accurate age, health, fitness, food preference, pickup, and contact details before the trip.
- Follow destination rules, hotel policies, forest/permit rules, driver timing, safety advice, and local regulations.
- Adventure activities involve natural risk. Travellers should choose activities according to fitness, health, weather, and guide advice.
Itinerary changes
Itineraries may need adjustment because of weather, road closure, landslide, strike, political restriction, forest rule, traffic, medical need, hotel issue, vehicle issue, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will try to provide the best possible alternative, but additional cost may apply where suppliers charge extra.
Third-party services
Hotels, homestays, transport providers, guides, safari operators, activity providers, payment gateways, and other suppliers may have their own rules. We coordinate these services, but performance, availability, safety rules, refund timelines, and operational changes may depend on those suppliers.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, date change, and refund rules are explained on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page. The final cancellation rule shared at the time of booking will apply if it is different from the general website policy.
