How to Reach
Travel from Kolkata by road via the Digha highway, or take a train from Howrah/Santragachi toward Digha. Local transport is available around Old Digha, New Digha, and nearby beaches.

Digha has many hotels, lodges, restaurants, Bengali meal houses, snacks, and seafood options. Book early for weekends, holidays, and festival periods.
Best time to visit
October to March is most comfortable. Beach visits are possible in other months, but summer heat, monsoon rain, and sea warnings need attention.
